Ehm..
Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. I read this question wrong. I thought you asked about pig makers, not wig makers.
I'd think they reject ear and nose hair because it's too short.

You must be kidding!! I think wig makers want long hair- and if your ear/nose hair is that long, you have major problems!!!
