You need to talk it through with him find out his position and feelings and give him yours. You can't make anyone change their mind. If you try to force him to change his mind you could make the situation worse.
You could seek a marriage counselor to get professional help in this.

You can't change his mind that could cause issues. Rather than trying to change his mind talk to him about it and ask him why he doesn't want another one and tell him why you do. Think about what he says and the best you can do is try to ease his mind and make him more comfortable with the idea. Good luck!

I disagree with saying you should "sacrifice" the wants for the needs. If you can't afford a child, don't have one. If someone doesn't want a child, don't make them have one, or they'll end up resenting that child, and the child suffers in the end for your selfishness. If your in desperate need of being around a child, volunteer at a local crisis nursery or shelter.

I had the very same problem, and I tried talking, reasoning, bargaining, crying and even begging all to no apparent avail. I finally came to the realisation that I could never change his mind. So I stopped asking him and started praying about it. And much to my delight he changed his mind, and we are now trying to conceive. Best of luck to you!

What is his reasoning behind not wanting another child? It might be a simple thing that you guys can discuss, like your family's budget or time. Good luck I hope this helps.

Seriously think about it before you try and change his mind. He could end up resenting you and the child.
