i do wushu and tai chi and it contains very high kicking and jumping ect im generally quite flexible but i was streching and and you have to lift your leg with your hand while standing and ive never been able to do this properly but i pushed myself a little far and made my leg straight and now all he muscles behind my right leg are sore i cant evn hang in the centre properly and it burns.... this is a major prob i have to train 4 chanpionships and dunno what to do please help any advice i tried creams and hot baths ect...

Sounds like you've stretched the hamstrings and gastrocnemius muscles in your leg. You need to rest your leg for at least a day or two. Heat and massage are also helpful. Get some potassium in your diet by eating potatoes and bananas. Don't worry. You will heal, but it may take a few days. Good luck! Next time do some warm-ups before you stretch.

Take a hot bath/shower and try to relax your muscles. Apply Aspercreme. It's like BenGay but odorless.

Muscle strains are very painful and most of the time they take time to get better.

first, you take off all of the scales. then, you broil it. nextly, you marinade it in a combination of mustard, ketchup, mayonaise, and Heinz57. Then you put barbecue sauce on it and it should be feeling better in just a few days!
