can i change a Renault es pace diesel gearbox with out take in they engine out.?

It might be possible, but only from underneath.
The gearbox is behind the engine on that model, so to access the gearbox from the top/front will require removal of the engine.
If you can get the car on a hoist or over an inspection pit, you might be able to take the gearbox out backwards and down.
