At the moment, I am a student in college and my major is hospitality management and tourism. Well, I recently added a science 1010 (online) class which is a combination of chemistry, physics and geology. Well, my prof. requires us to do these experiments. Most of them are not hard, but I don't have the time to focus on science. After all, I am a Tourism major.. why do I need science?!? Anyway, does anyone know a website online that has an explanation of experiments so I won't have to do them. I am not a lazy person, but I need to be focusing on my other classes instead of this one. Any help would be appreciated.

I know exactly what you mean! I was an arts-related major and I had to take useless classes like Chemistry 101, Math, Physics etc. They were all part of the general education requirements, and some colleges force students to take them so that when they graduate they'll be "well-rounded individuals." Anyway, what I would suggest you do is see if your college has free tutoring for 1000-level courses. Most do. You can go in once a week, free of charge, and have a senior Science major work with you one-on-one with the experiments and homework. In the mean time, just google key words from what you are having trouble with; Sometimes teachers from other colleges post their notes online and may provide better explanations that what your own Professor lectured, or what your text book explains.
Good luck!
