Yes (although check with your specific insurance company).

Generally people go on "short term disability" after they have their baby and you get around 60% of your paycheck. Unfortunately, my company doesn't offer short term disability! Definately take advantage of it!!

Yes, you can. You will generally get 6 weeks paid for a vaginal birth and 8 weeks paid for c-section. I used mine when I was on maternity leave.

oh yes you can! my mom used it because she found out that she was 8 months prego and didn't know it! and then two days latter had my baby sister Sydney. but yes she had about 6 weeks to her and Sydney. then went back to work. she woried to leaave her alone with my step dad but she made it! I hope that this helps some!
