Fascism is defined by centralized state control over all functions of government, under the control of a dictator. It's marked by extreme nationalistic tendencies, especially in its propaganda. It's "ultra-right", especially in light of NAZI Germany's roundup of communists along with other ideologically-defined enemies of the state, and its double-crossing of Soviet Russia during WWII..

I am going to ask you a similar question to the idiot that thinks liberals are Marxists. Have you read Mein Kampf? I have and I know what it says. Do you have any idea what real Fascism is all about? While some of the practices of the current Administration appear somewhat favorable to that type of government they are not true Fascists. You wouldn't want that.

Fascism is easy to explain. Government with a dictator that has absolute power. Strong nationalism and censored opposition.

I assume you're trying to suggest that Bush is Fascist. Perhaps you need to look up what a dictator is (hint: it's not just a person that beat the candidate you voted for).

Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology and mass movement that seeks to place the nation, defined in exclusive biological, cultural, and historical terms, above all other loyalties, and to create a mobilized national community.[1]

I have no problem explaining fascism, because I do not get my definition from Wiki.

Fascism looks like France before Napoleon and Italy before Mussolini. It requires a revolt against government by the masses who are determined to "take out the elite."

Who does this sound like to you? Doesn't look like Conservatism to me.
