hello, I have a question on the Mercury Sable air bag. Okay, on my dad's car, the air bag light is always on. So my dad carefully took out the air bag. But the light is still always on. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? BTW i get to play games if i help my dad fix his car :)

Air bag systems are dangerous. Take it to a dealer.

My wager is the clocksping (the wiring that connects the drivers guidance wheel airbag to something of the vehicle) is in all risk undesirable... yet deliver it to a save that does air bag paintings as maximum are unconfortable with doing the paintings and have it clinically determined properly. BTW, if youre in a state that demands inspection, the motor vehicle won't bypass with that mild on

Air bag lights generally go on because a sensor is bad. Taking out the airbag to fix the light is pretty much proof that some people shouldn't work on cars.
