It depends on your system.
The cheapest option is to buy a male to male 3.5 millimeter (or whatever size your connection is) audio cable, and attach that to the headphone port on the cd player, and attach the other end to the line-in port on your car.
If you're car audio system doesn't have an audio system, you can buy an fm-radio transmitter, and hookup your cd player up to that. If you go this route, find an empty channel and use that.
I believe this is the type of fm device you'd need

There are several gadgets on the market that will let you do this. One uses a connection to a "dummy" casette; you push it into the slot that accepts regular casettes, and the connection is made. The one I prefer broadcasts a VERY low-power signal to your radio on one of the lower, unused frequencies; you just tune your radio to that frequency, and you have a wireless connection between your CD player and your car stereo.

Yes. Belkin makes a unit that allows you to broadcast any device that has a headphone jack directly over your FM radio. You are also not limited to your car radio, but can listen to it on any radio. Walmart has them strarting at about thirty bucks. Check walmart.com and loo under electronics. You may find them under IPod accessories. Good Luck
