i'll assume you are trying to get some linoleom glue off. If it is a day old or less use WD-40 or vegetable oil and rub gentily

you can also try it on older spots, but you may have to go with a compatible solvent, see what the glue can recommends and test to make sure it doesn't damage the finish.

it depends on what type of glue. if it's school glue...wipe it up if it's still wet. if it's dry you can use a butter knife to scrape it up. super glue can come off if you use alcohol or finger nail polish remover. hope this helps!

A product called "goo be gone" It is wonderful for getting out all kinds of things. Can be bought just about anyplace. I wouldn't be without it.
