I would recommend the RIU, Atlantis or Radisson Cable Beach, depending if you want all inclusive or EP, a good day trip would be to spend a day in the Exuma Cays, 38 miles from Nassau....try a snorkelling expedition you can see stingrays, shark feedings, iguana dragon lizards etc......

good luck =)

I would say if you are looking for just a more or less quite life and not seeing much people and not alot of traffic, Nassau would not be for you first. It is the capital of The Bahamas, where the vast majority of the population lives and is seven by twenty one miles long. It has more of a night life than the other islands. The transport are easy on land to see just about most of the island by public bus, which cost about a dollar or two. Then you are able to go by plane if you want to get to a more quiet island in The Bahamas in an hour or two. But if you want to go by boat it will take you about four to twenty two hours depending on the island that you choose. There is a one day excursion that goes to Eleuthera where you can see pink sandy beaches for a few hours and the island it self which is called Briland, this is a part of the main Eleuthera island and you can get around this island within an hour by walking. The hotels in Nassau will have to be what you prefer, will it be an all inclusive or just room. Paradise Island has the all inclusive Atlantis which is breath taking with it sea world theme and look, this is just a stone throw away from Nassau, as you have to go over a bridge to get there. Then there is the Cable Beach strip which is on the main land of Nassau, all in all you have a some choice just depends on your preference.

It has to be Nassau. The place is great loads of nightlife for the young or older. As it is very safe ask the bar staff which are best night life spots they are more than happy to help.

A must if you go is the Power Boat Adventures an experience you will never forget. The web site does not do it justice have done it twice. Oh to be in the Bahamas.

you may stay on the sea coast Tower for about a similar value as convenience Suites. i imagine that's worth it to stay on the Atlantis basically walking the halls and the room service yet i'd not pay to stay in the Royal Tower. do not ignore to devour at Anthony's best foodstuff on the Island.
