My friend talked about how his first job was really boring to him. He works at this document company thing where they copy or scan documents for a certain client. My friend tells me that it's so damn boring that he does it for 8 hours a day copying or scanning documents but he gets paid well. So then he decided to quit the job. So what do you think, was leaving the job worth it or what?

In the past I would say 'hell yeah he was crazy!'. But now working a job similar in the fact that it can be boring as hell and a lot of waiting for hours and hours (LIKE I AM DOING NOW)... it's not worth it. All you do is sit and think about what else you could be doing that is productive and enjoyable. But I'm happy to have my job because it beats not being able to feed myself but I wish it was more fun.

Until you spend 8 hours a day at a job that sucks your soul from your body, you don't understand that it's not just about the money. You need to do what you love...life is short.

well its better to have a job that you have passion about. but if there arent much jobs out there, better to stick to the job u have now, its better then nothing. i guess ur friend will find out if quitting the job was worth it or not.
