You need to go to a salon/spa and get your face or which every area waxed. It's what I do. It's painful but in the end it's better. I only have to do it twice a year and don't worry about the itching etc.

Peach fuzz doesn't grow that fast and you'll look a lot neater if you shave it off if it's that noticeable. It doesn't grow in thicker just because you shave. The peach fuzz is just the fine tips of the beard whiskers starting to grow underneath. Your beard will grow out in its own time and as thick as it would whether or not you start shaving now. Shaving doesn't affect it, it just seems to because you're cutting off the fine, soft part and leaving the thicker, bristlier stubble underneath. When I started shaving around 16, I only had to shave the fuzz off about once a week. My beard didn't really start to grow until I was in college. Welcome to manhood!

No it doesn't grow back quicker and thicker if you shave. Eventually it will get that way as you mature though
