she's trying to get away from tom. she is finally seeing that he's a big freak and wants out but can't because she's getting 3.3 mill for every yr that they are together..so she is getting plastic surgery, and is paying some other person to get surgery to look like her and stay w/ him until 10 yrs are up (cuz we all know it wont go to 11 yr...in the pre-nup she is promised 1/2 his $$ if she makes it 11 yrs..) and then they are going to split the $$..

It's been rumored throughout the media for a little while. She DEFINITELY looks different, and she can't blame it on childbirth, because she was out and about after and didn't look like this. So my answer would have to be yes.

You know, she does look different! I think it has to do with a combination of the following: she lost some weight, got a tan, and lightened her hair color.
