Do lots of stairs, jump rope, ankle wieghts when u run, build them calfs!

A really easy exercise to increase your vertical leap is to get a piece of wood, preferably a 2X4 and place it on the ground. Step onto the wood with the back of your heels hanging off the edge. Then lift your self up using your calf muscles, coming back down to touch your heels to the ground. You'll find you can do more with the more you practice. I was 5'10" in high school (and white) and could dunk with one hand. Try it out!
