i'm scheduled to see the ENT (ear, throat, nose) doctor next month. however, i'm 8 days late on my pd, i've been having unprotected intercourse with my long time bf of 6 yrs. i plan on taking a test when i'm exactly 2 wks late. i wanted to know if anyone has done the surgery while being pregnant and if it would harm the baby?

I know a lady who had her appendix out at 24 weeks of pregnancy. I imagine that you can have your tonsils out.

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.

Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.

i had that surgery a couple of years a go and it hurt like b****! i lost like 30 lbs. because i couldn't eat or even swallow water. I'm 25 weeks pregnant now and i don't think you could have that done when your pregnant because you wouldn't be able to eat or drink any thing. just find out if your pregnant first then talk with your doctor. if you are not pregnant and have the surgery as planned good luck i was miserable for weeks!!!!

The major issue would be whether the anesthetic could harm the baby. Check with your doctor on this. A tonsillectomy is not fun, and should only be done if clearly necessary.
