Isabella- I like the sound of Isabella Russo - though Isabella is very popukar right now - ask my niece Isabelle Grace!
Natalia- I like this name but not w the last name.
Arianna-good but Isabella Russo still sounds better.
Carlotta- I dont like the name at all.
Elianna- doesnt quite roll off the tongue as well as Isabella ore Arianna w Russo.

I love the sound of Anthony and Isabella Russo as well as Anthony and Elianna Russo so they are tied for first place.
I love Natalia but not as much when I put them together like that.

I love the name Isabella, but it seems really popular now. I'm not sure how to pronounce Elianna. Natalia sounds like a Christmas name. Carlotta makes me think of dark haired, hairy women for some reason, I think it would be easy to make fun of...Lotta this or Lotta that. My favorite then I guess is Arianna.

Isabella and Arianna are my favorites from your list.
Arianna is very beautiful and reminds me of a princess.
I've always loved Isabella, but that name is becoming more and more popular these days. I have two co-workers that both have new granddaughters with the name Isabella.
