ONE DAY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER...i got a little horn-y and pulled the skin between the the fold in my private area and now I'm scared to have sex because the skin that now hangs so what should I do?

This kind of thing happens in case of hemorrhoids, hernia, ligaments loosening also. NOthing to worry. a remedy is:
Take Irmedadi Tailam, an ayurvedic oil from Indian pharmacy.

The first thing that you must understand is that you have nothing to worry about!!!
There is no way of definitely knowing wether a female has had sexual activity before her "First time". There are many who claim that the hymen is an industructable proof of virginity but that is not at all true. Like any other part of the body the hymen shows great variation in its state and strength. It may be badly formed or be distroyed by chance. Obviously no one has done a formal research and anyone who tells you anything is for definite is lying.
Its very hard to confidently understand what skin you are talking about. My advise is that you get your hands on a biology book with a diagram of the female parts. Try and identify the parts of your own body and where this skin is.
Secondly go to a female doctor (gynecologist) and get examined. Please go to a reputable doctor, preferably one in a medical college or big hospital. You can be as honest as you want to be and I would advise you to be so too. However if you choose not to tell her of your mastuburation (touching yourself) then I really doubt she will be able to tell. There is no teaching in medical schools that state signs of mastuburation and so there is no doctor who can claim scientific evidence of such.
Do not be ashamed of your actions. It is perfectly normal and a lot of women do so but would not like to admit it. So a lot of men think that women dont do it at all. It is a sign of good sexual development. You have nothing to be ashamed of.
I am almost certain that your husband or partner will never be able to tell any difference. there is a huge variation in the appearence of female parts and no two parts look the same. so quit worrying, see a doctor and enjoy your sex life.

well,it seems u have pulled your skin.i think u should not be afraid about this.the best person whom you can contact for advise is the practising sexologist ( gynecologist for this question is under the heading women's health)in a hospital who will examine you.please do not go to any quack as you may end up more frustrated and may even be conned by them.there is nothing to be shameful about showing yourself to a qualified doctor.the doctor will help you get over your fears also regarding having sex.
