Hit F11 or Print Screen. Then go to a new clean Word document and hit CTRL + V or Paste. You can change the size of your print screen image in Word by dragging the little resizing buttons on the edges/corners of the screen image.

Open the window with the messages, on your keyboard push "alt + screen print" (at the top right of your keyboard usually).
Just paste that in a Paint or a Word document or anything else.

You can also take a screen shot with free software called Screen Hunter.
This programme makes a jpg of anything at all you want to photograph on your pc screen.
You can download the programme free - but be careful not to click on other free software available on this site as some of it does contain spyware.
Screenhunter is safe.
I have used it for two years.

Whatever you do, you must inform your headteacher, or form tutor, or year head. Good luck.
