do a search for DIVX, download it and install it. what is wrong is that your pc does not have the right codec to load the video...

Check the file extension (example: .avi, .mpeg.) and go to download.com to find a player that corresponds with that extension.

maybe something got lost or interrupted during the download. it has happened to me before
