you cant download movies that have not come out yet you can download movies that are released but you can only get them in CAM version, meaning someone went into the theathre and recored it and then copied to their computer, if you wait a bit a moth or so you can get TC (telecine) or
DVD (digital video disk) ripps of the movies they are higher in quality you will need a client to download these movies such as Utorrent witch doesnt use the Javan network or the more popular Azerus witch you need java to run it and you will also need a wesite such as mininova.org or a private site like i use www.torrentleach.org

sorry dude, it's illegal, even if you are willing to pay for it. unless you know someone in the business that can get you a copy, other than that, you have to buy bootlegs just like everybody else.
