my class was assigned to google for what college we want to attend to study a certain this for an occupation(we are 12) but i really really want to be a hockey commontater. does anyone know if you have to go to college to do that. and if you do do you kno the name of the college?

My best suggestion for you is to go a school with a great Mass Communications program. Major in Mass Communications studies and minor in either journalism or sports management to get some better training on the career. Google schools that have a have are credited by the Mass Communications. I know that in the state of Missouri, Southeast Missouri State University and University of Missouri-Colombia are. Good Luck...and don't worry, you have plenty of time to figure this out!

What you need is a degree in communications, and you would have to go to college to do this. You could start in high school though as the announcer for football games etc...
And when you go to college you can try to get on the college radio station or the announcer for their college games.
The only way you could possibly fall into a job like this is to become a professional hockey player and after you retire or get injured and can't play anymore you can try and get on a tv or radio station. GOOD LUCK!

First stop putting your assignments off till the last minute and expecting perfect strangers to do the work for you. Now you have till tommorrow get busy and do the research. If you really really want to be a hockey commentator then find out what it will take. Put your dream into action. Successful people do their own work on time.
