In which competition will Montoya do better?

I personally think if we give Juan Pablo some time, he will do well in NASCAR. It's a big learning curve - not saying one's better than the other, just that they're different disciplines.
If you are to base his success on number of victories alone, I think he certainly has the potential to win more Nextel Cup races than he did Formula 1 Grands Prix.
We also need to take into account that his team, Chip Ganassi Racing, has a lot going on - they have Juan Pablo as a stock car rookie, and two second year drivers in David Stremme and Reed Sorenson. If I remember correctly, this team hasn't won a points race since Jamie McMurray stepped in for Sterling Marlin in 2002 (please correct me if I am wrong on that). So, there's a lot to be said about the potential of the equipment that Juan Pablo is currently in - not that it's necessarily junk, but that other teams have been hotter.
But, as somebody else wisely pointed out, only time will tell.

No. In F1 how many different people won a race in a year??? 5 or 6??? In nascar anyone of 20 of the top drivers could win any race. In F1 he was a big fish in the little pond. Now he is swimming with sharks.

probably, the level of talent in nascar is way lower than F1. Once he gets some experience in the car, he will be the best out there.

He's too inexperienced in NASCAR right now. Maybe in a couple of years he'll do something. He's better in F1.
