For me,it doesn't matter which race a person belongs to.If I love someone,I wouldn't care about this stuff.Cause I sincerely believe that people the world over are actually no different.Sure,our languages,customs and festivals maybe different.But ultimately we are all humans.All of us experience happiness,worry,sorrow,love etc.Our hopes,needs and aspirations are the same,aren't they?

I have been in an inter racial relationship and I didn't "pick" them we were best friends and it turned into more. Why would you ever "have to be" in an inter racial relationship?

"Had to be"... I'm a little puzzled by your terminology. If I choose to be in an interracial relationship, I'd choose whomever cupid shot his arrow at me over. But I am in an interracial relationship of sorts. I'm married to Bubba. I think he's an alien (as in outer space... far far outer space).

Hmmmm......I was in an interracial relationship for years. My kids are mixed. But the funny thing is that I never looked at him as a different ethnicity as me. I see people for who they are, not what color they are. Sorry I couldn't answer better for you. :)
