that's stupid. if you're thinking about killing yourself and go through with it, you go to hell (according to my religion.) So, would you rather keep having a sucky life or be forever burnt by hell's flames? I personally prefer hell on earth.

Of course, dying is easier!

But let me tell you what I did to fix thie same problem in my own life:

I was comfortable in my lifestyle. You know, the job, the friends, etc. But I wanted to freakin' die!

So, I don't know what happened, exactly... But I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired, so you know what I did?

Do you know what I did?!?!?

I sold every last thing I had, I bought a motorcycle, threw away my two degrees, my photo's, everything!

I sold my car, my house, my furniture, my precious collections, CD's DVD's etc.

I only kept what I could carry on my motorcycle and little motorcycle trailer. I put the money a savings account, I put some in checking and I took off!

The bigger you understand the world, the smaller your problems become! I just freakin' left! I left my girl, my family, my friends - they all thought I was crazy, and maybe I was!

But hindsight is 20/20 I've had the time of my life and many others' lives! I bought some essential camping gear and travel south when it's winter and north when it's summer! BLM lands, National Forests, campgrounds havebeen my home and biker bars have been my family.

Hint: carry a laptop, a video camera and a digital camera.

If your life sucks - become an altogether different person.

I even took my bike to Greenland!

You could study different cultures, religions, atheism, start a new hobby, start moving toward something that has always been a dream. make life suprise you!

Do something extreme, but don't kill yourself! Just maximize life until you find out what makes you happy.

Cut all ties! There are +6 BILLION people on this planet. Those who are close to you are just situational. Go find it!

Make sure you read all of this. It is. Dying is easier than living. After all life is a battle, it's a struggle to get up in the morning, deal with people that are not perfect, your job, your family, besides all the other things that can go wrong. I hear you, but there are small joys in all of that too and sometimes big ones...after all the seasons change, sometimes the sun is shining, sometimes it's a nice soft rain...people can surprise you and do something totally unexpected. And I'm sure there's at least one person you know would miss you (there are probably more, but at least one you're sure about) It would be selfish to make those who love you deal with a death..though I'm not sure if that's being contemplated. (you can stop here) However, you might want to answer the question what's after death. After all we have choices here on earth, not so much after death. In fact, there's only two: heaven or hell and depending on the choice you made here on earth before death that's where you go. If you trust in Christ you go to heaven, if you don't ...you ally yourself with the alternative, Satan, and go to hell.. So life after death is easier, no hard decisions, no stressful situations, you are either in torment or pure joy. The Apostle Paul, who chose heaven, when he was confronted by God on that road to Damascus...said he desired to go to heaven immediately...he was so looking forward to being with God that he would actually welcome death, but that it was more mindful for him to be here to help others and especially to tell them about Jesus. After all hell is an absolutely dismal reality. If you don't think so, take a look at Luke 16 where a man was in hell and begged that someone would tell his family not to follow him there.

Dying is easier. Never being born would be even easier. However, here we are now, with all our fears and so on. Best antidote is love. Love can make life fun. In my observation, it's the only thing that truly does that. Don't go looking for a way to die, go look for someone to love.

well you feel this way becuase your very depressed. I think once you are out of your depression you will see things differently and appreciate life more. You have to think of life as a gift and make the best out of it because it is short. I know this sounds dreamy, I myself got depressed before and i feel like i dont want to live. the best way to approach this is by making a list of things you dislike about your life and then trying to find a solution for each.....this is hard now but once you pass thius time you will look back with no pain....it takes time to heel and for the scare to disappear...

things that helps me when am depressed are:
-working out ...it makes u more energetic and improves your self esteem
-eating chocolate...
-going out with friends...
-volunteering
-taking on a new hobby or trying to learn a new language
-plan a fun trip
- try to help someone..
- become more religious...makes u see the big picture!
best wishes for u
