My cousins want a pet, put their mom rejects almost all ideas. They want something fun and easy. Suggestions?

Well, If you are looking for a great, easy pet, I suggest finding out more about guinea pigs.
I have three female guinea pigs, and they are about the best pets ever! All three of my girls are really sweet, gentle, patient, and loving, and they don't take up much room (though they do need a larger cage than most of the ones sold in pet stores). My guinea pigs have never done anything to hurt anyone; in fact, I can put my hand in my guinea pigs' mouth and all they do is lightly nibble my finger until they figure out that it is not food.
Also, they aren't much work, all you have to do is clean the cage once a week, feed them twice a day, make sure that they have fresh water, and of course, love them and cuddle them to no end! In warm weather, we often take our guinea pigs outside and watch them while they eat grass and enjoy the sun. It's alot of fun, and my parents don't do really do anything to take care of them (though my mom does give them fresh vegetables all the time, she really loves them, though at first she didn't want three of them!). All of the work is done by me and my siblings.
I would recommend rescuing two or more guinea pigs from a shelter, because they are social animals, and would do better with a companion. This will help them adjust, though they may seem a bit shy at first. Just be patient, and they will warm up to you! I wouldn't buy a guinea pig at a pet store because a friend of mine got a guinea pig from a pet store and the guinea pig died in a matter of days. She was devasted!
I have owned many different kinds of pets in my life, from dogs to cats to hamsters, but guinea pigs are by far the calmest pets, and they are the best pets for new pet owners and frantic moms that don't want anything to do with pets!

Fish. Easy to take care of no need to walk it or worry if its bored usually goldfish have a 3 second memory. All you got to do is make sure the water is clean and the tank and feed it. They should read up on whatever pet they want to get and make sure they know that they will be responsible for it. And know what they are getting into before they get it.

Sorry, but don't listen to the girl above because things like reptiles and especially snakes are awfully hard to look after and you need to be at least a adult and if not, then a complete expert! No pets are easy, they all need care, love and attention but if they really want a pet then i suggest something like fish, hey, you cant cuddle them but as long as ou change their water once a week, clean them and feed them then they'll be alright.
