i would wear a summer dress that is short and cute at the same time and some nice sandals and accessories

Hmm thats a hard one. You really dont want to wear a fancy fancy dress because that will get messed up and everything but then you also dont want to wear a sun dress that you wear around the house.
Not saying this is the perfect dress to wear but along those terms below is a nice but not too casual dress to wear!

a white long twirly skirt, flip flops, & a cute shirt u'll go great 4 a beach wedding!
