Firstly, When i've loaded it up, I have to put the tablet in the diswasher it's self, as the draw for it does not open. This method of cleaning has worked for months(although would like to know y draw doesn't open) but all of a sudden the green light outside has started to flash half way through cycle and the tablet has not gone. Now it won't clean half of my dishes and when the door is opened, smells really horrible!.
Please can somepne help as I love my dishwasher!!! Thanks

I don't want to call a repair man out really as they really do rob you!

Looks like it can be one of two things, there is a wax motor for the soap dispenser, it is what opens the doors usually goes bad and it could also be a bad spot on the timer but I would say it is the wax motor.

If you are using tablets you can just drop them at the bottom of the dishwasher thats what I normally do, they are not really supposed to be in the dispenser.

Good Luck

well your dispenser need replacing, which is not that cheap. are you still putting salt in, if not this could be why its playing up and not cleaning properly, or it could be your filter is blocked and needs cleaning, try these things first, and if it cure the problem, do yourself a favour and get an engineer to change your dispenser. By the way this advise is FREE, so not all engineers are robbers, but there are a lot of customers out there who will take advantage of us if given a chance !!!

I have to disagree in your statement that repair men really do rob you, they are exactly that REPAIR MEN not robbers. Most repair people come to do a job for you, some give a warranty and if you give it up and call one, there are many dependable and honest ones, then that DISHWASHER that you LOVE maybe will work again. Could be something very simple. Go for it. Good Luck! *S*
