Since when is Jason Campbell a running qb? Garcia and Alex Smith are both pretty mobile. Steve Young, supposedly, had a 4.4 40 coming out of college. McNair doesn't run nearly as much as he used to due to injuries, and Mcnabb and Culpepper are going down the same road. As far as true blue running qb's go, no one, white or black, can touch Vick and Young.

Culpepper and McNabb you list as FAST QBs? Maybe in their prime but injuries have taken away whatever speed those two ever had. Plus you call it a DUAL THREAT. That means they can run AND pass. Vick hasn't shown he can do both with equal effectiveness. For that matter neither has Young or Campbell. I think you'll find the best QBs in the league (and that have ever played) were passers first and foremost and ran ONLY when they absolutely had to.

Well heck if we are going by ones that COULD, since you are listing Culpepper who can't run anymore, how about Leftwich and going back one further in the Jags history Mark Brunell. Want one that was really up there then how about Kordell Stewert, who was better then Vick and if he had a QB Coach from the start he may have been better. Short story there is his Offensive Coordinator was his QB coach and they had 3 in 3 years toward the start of him being a starter. After that they got him a QB coach.

There are plenty... The QB from Grambling State was like.. 6'1 260 and still was quick on his feet
Jeff Garcia is a very very agile and mobile runner.. Also Jake Plummer was a mobile QB. Watch for Jay Cutler to move out of the pocket as well this year... as well as leinart.. they can run when needed...
Peyton Manning is also working on his running... he's still slow but if you seen him run a couple times last year you should have noticed he has gotten quicker on his feet.. but don't expect him to run much more than he did last season.

The most underrated quarterback as far as running goes, is JP Losman. No one cares about him because his stats and team have sucked. look at his rushing average and watch film, the kid is one of the quickest QB's in the league. His sack total is mis leading as his line has been on the bottom 5 for a few years now. Watch for him this season with a better line, i think everyone will start recognizing him as a dual threat.

No white ones but who cares, the only mobile QB to ever win a Superbowl was Steve Young. Oh, by the way, he was also white.

Something people don't understand. Has anyone watched what happens when 3 people rush Brett Favre??? lol he doesn't have to run, he makes them miss by staying in the pocket and than completes the pass, unlike your so called "duat threats" like Vick can't do.

Steve Young was the last great white hope. He could run, jump, pass, juke and do it with some style. Then he would get knocked out. But he was and will be the last great dual threat white QB.

DJ shockley is pretty fast, he's Vick's back up in Atlanta. Also, Senecca Wallace in Seattle is pretty fast. I don't think there are any fast, white QB's. Jake Plummer wasn't really fast, but he was elusive, and now that he's gone there are no more fast white QB's.
