Ya man leave him alone. Especially in Jr. High choose your friends wisely, and leave the ones that will get you into trouble.

Did he? Figure that out first! If he did-
WHAT THE F***, TELL SOMEONE! Thats horrible. K, I'm in eighth grade, and I we've had two( TWO) issues like that inour school THIS YEAR because no one has stopped anything. Who is the girl, second of all? Help her! If your parents hate him- figure out why, genius! Unless hes your friend, in which the circumstance would be TOTALLY different- rat on him. K, sorry if he's the dude who'll beat you up- then, do what I do and I know what a crappy answer this is, but hey- blame it on someone else. First, you shouldn't get hurt for helping. Second, he is an oobvious jerk with obvious problems- and third, take it from me, a kid lectured plenty of time from a health teacher- don't wait and watch, stop it! Doing nothing won't get you anywhere except making you feel like **** and having the full-fledged guilt thing going on- which sucks, personally- and you need to help. If your a chcken (which is okay, I am too, aren't we all) get the guts! Or just tell someone else and have them helped. If you have this secret locked up- it'll haunt you(bwahahaha- wait thats mean to say int his situation, sorry- k, I'll shut up now) Basically, I advise you to help, like any sane person whose answering your question. From this guys perspective, its just another thing he did. Fine. If hes really tough, he won't mind getting in trouble again. If not, well, its his fault in the first place! Seriously, don't feel bad!

First off, restraining orders are free. You just have to show "just cause" or a reason you need a restraining order. Second, telling or having information about a possible crime is not cause for your arrest. This person is saying that to scare you from talking to anyone in authority. And third, who is this creep and why would you want to talk to them? They sound like major trouble and if you want to avoid any visits to a youth detention center you should definitely avoid them. If they continue to try to talk to you, tell them that YOU are going to the police unless you leave me alone.

Ignoring wont make the problem go away. It sounds like you just might want to sit down and have a 'tell-it-like-it-is' session with your parents. They just might want to just have a talk with the school. Parents that care can really get action, believe me ! Maybe you won't find this to be cool, but it's gonna get worse if YOU don't step up to the plate. Good Luck !!

if this kid is lying, then he's an idiot and a creep, if he's telling the truth, he's a DANGEROUS idiot and creep. Get away and stay away from the idiot quick as you can and do NOT go back. If he continues to hang around report him tell your parents, tell police etc. but get away fast. NEVER under any circumstances be alone with him, make sure people are around, not just kids either ADULTS.

i'm in 7th grade too. major drama, right??? it sucks.
i'm a 'peer mediator' at my school. pretty much, i solve the problems that teachers are too lazy to solve for them selves. i deal with this kinda stuff.
you should definetely switch spots and ignore him!!! and i think you should tell some one. this isn't something that he should joke about. tell a teacher that you trust, or a parent. they'll know for sure what to do.
good luck! ;-)

I think your question should be answered by someone in authority that you can trust, like your parents. All of us out here should not be answering questions involving something as bad as rape!

I say you should ignore him and try not to pay any attention to him. Stay away from him because you don't want to be associated with people who do bad things.

Well, if what he says is true, I don't think that I would want to even be associated with him. What do you say to people? "Hi, this is my friend, the rapist?" My opinion would be to just stay away from him and dont go out of your way to speak to him.
