One time my ex told me some things he would like to do to me examples kill me tie me up and bury me where no one could find me anyways he wasnt joking about it either so i was already wearing a low cut shirt and the girls are on the bigger side so i know he was staring no matter how mad he was, i didnt have to do much distracting i looked at him smiled and socked him in the nose he was in the hospital for 2 days because i broke it!

My man and I play fight all the time. I grab the top of his ears and twist them and gauge his eyes out. I don't know how to distract him. Just lunge at him.

take off your shirt then grab his hair and pull his head all the way to the ground (most people tend to follow their hair) and stomp on his head a few times, kick him in the bread basket a few times of course get in a groin shot too since that really keeps them down...actually might want to do that first then do the hair.

Physically, you can do a "Jazz Hand" in front of his face. Which is shaking your hand rapidly. When he looks at it, smack him in the face with the other hand. Mentally, you can always talk about how terrible he is in the sack.
