I am 14 years old right now. For a while i wanted to be a phsycologist, but then i decided that i dont want to deal with other people's problems. I love to cook, and i am really good at it, so i wanted to have my own cooking show but i dont want to be around food all my life and show buisness is very tricky and unreliable, so i wanted a talk show host but that is also unreal and unreliable. So i want to get paid really good and i dont want to dedicate my life to the job and at the same time i want to dress nice to it and not just wear suits. I wanted to be a designer but they dont get paid a lot and i am not really that creative. So now i am thinking of a pidiatrition, so who gets paid better a phsycologist or pideotrition? Also and job tips for me?How much do pediotritions do get paid a year? Approximetly?
Thankyou you are a big help if you answer!
and dont think that its too early for me to start thinking because its not , i have a reason for this!
Thanks

Since you are young, I will be try to be nice.....first you need to learn to spell "psychologist" and "pediatrician" before you can become one. :) Both of these professions require advanced degrees and a good amount of god given intelligence.
I suggest you start off at a community college and take it from there.

Sadly for you, money does not buy you happiness. You are young yet, but work as soon as you can at a hospital or clothing store or restaurant or newspaper. This will be like an informal internship and will also teach you that there is more to your job than a paycheck.
Nursing is a steady job - if you are good and educated. technology is always good for a consuming country, but you should have an affinity for it. Stay away from enetertainment jobs unless you are training for a career BEHIND the scenes. The unions there can make it more of a secure choice for you.
Basically you have to think of your strengths and weaknesses and what you enjoy or what real human-beings-not-on-television do that you find interesting. Then find out all you can about how they got their job.
Things are not always what they seem.
I went to college to become a great film director and now i am a graphic designer for a shipping magazine. I did an internship at a newspaper - that's how i had this to fall back on when my dreams were not realized.
Above all, dream realistically and read.

WAIT A MINUTE!!!!
Get some life experience under your belt! You keep saying that, But, But, But... You need to go out and experience life before you make such a big decision. And, if you go to college, you can spend the first few years trying different things out while you are taking your basics, then you can pick what you want to focus on. I did that, and I am very happy with my job. It turned out that something I didn't really like in high school was so much fun in college I decided to study it, and now I do it for a living. School is limited in what it can show you. Have patience, you will find what you want, but remember getting paid a million bucks an hour is not worth it to be miserable. Do something you like, and like what you do!!

The estimate nowadays is that the average worker will have 3 careers (and as many degrees) over a lifetime and work for many companies, rather than just staying with one. So you will find yourself asking this question several times while you're still choosing a degree concentration, and several MORE times after you've already joined the work force. Use this time leading up to your first degree to explore and experience (maybe as an intern, volunteer or aide) the different work environments that seem to be interesting... Good Luck!!!

How about catering? Party planning? Event coordinator? Wedding coordinator? It's never too early to start thinking, but most people don't truly settle on a specific until 2 years into college.

How about merchandising or TEXTILE ING. that way you can work in fashion, make great money and dress really cool.
And you don'thave to designsince you would only be supervising the production line, the shipment, the orders
sale and all the process involved in creating cloaths.

Study your little butt off and go to college. Then decide. Don't be satisfied with grades less than an A-.
Life will sort itself out.
And read. A lot. Read anything you can get your hands on.

#1. if you were to treat my child, i'd love to know that you can spell pediatrician.
#2. calm down. you do not have to pick a career right now. you are 14, and it's good that you are trying to narrow things down, but at any job, to make money, you will have to work hard, especially at med school.

You should join the army. They will decide you pay, what you wear and if you want to cook just mess around and get KP.
