One of the most interesting characters of the 19th & 20th century was bertrand Russell. He was the best mathematician of the century, one of the best philsophers, a seducer extraordinaire (including TS Eliot's crazy wife), a central figure in London's famed Bloomsbury Group, a noted pacifist and the inventor of the Peace Sign. He also spearheaded an antinuclear group with Albert Einstein.
He is a fascinating person.
