mtv.com definitely has the episodes for free! I watch it on there because I don't have Mtv right now

Try going to mtv.com or youtube.com and in youtube try typing "the hills season 2"

mtv.com click on the hills icon.... the episods will come on the hills home page!

no they have laguna beach for free but not the hills you could try MTV.com
