Everybody will cross the line they never thought they'd cross if the circumstances are dire enough; it would depend on what was at stake. Under normal circumstances (for instance, if I were pregnant), No. But then, the only way I would've ever gotten pregnant by somebody that I didn't love would've been if I were raped, because I didn't sleep with every guy I dated. I've been with two men in my entire life - the one I thought I was going to marry (and that was after dating him for 2 years), and the one that I DID marry.

It depends on the reason. Is it something temporary or is it something that make you still want to be married to the person 20, 40 years from now? As long as you think the marrige will last a lifetime, why not go for it?

I would marry for security if I wanted to be married in the first place. That's exactly what I did when I was 21 and we were married for 19 years until his death.

I will only date a guy who l love and he loves me back. If i were forced to get married i'd probly get away where no one can find me! Getting married should not be something you HAVE to do, its something you just want.

I would marry for compatibility and companionship if I truly enjoyed being with that person. Of course, this is what I would call "love".

I'd marry for sex, money, and power. But only if my first marriage fell apart, in which case I wouldn't have any more illusions about the importance of marriage.
