I find it best to not worry too much about what will happen to these corrupt, lying, murdering traitors in this world.
Some day they will have to account to a higher authority, and He's going to be pretty damn p*ssed at what these jerks did in His name. And they'll have an eternity to account for it.

I think Bill Clinton has the most experience at pardons. Such being the case, assuming Hillary wins in '08, the responsibility will be hers.

Libby probably will get a pardon, despite being guilty of a high crime.
When Bush is impeached, Cheney will pardon him. And when Cheney is charged, a new Republican will pardon him.

Since Bush hasn't broken the law, he requires no pardon, so essentially, your question is moot. But, I'm wondering, if Bush pardons Libby will it be as OK and acceptable as Clinton pardoning Hillary's brother?
