I like the name Ellen Marie. Sounds nice. Most names would go with the surname Cook.

I think Ella Marie or Ellie Marie rolls off your tongue more than Ellen Marie just because of the hard 'n' at the end but it is a very pretty name.

Cook is one of those last names that nearly any name goes with... I personally don't like Ellen or Marie as they're both way too common for my taste.

I am not a big fan of using marie,ann,lynn as a middle name---its just toooo common. Why not use your own first name as her middle name---with Ellen, I would choose a very fancy mid name and I bet your first name is the perfect match.
