for example lets say theres a thoery in which it is necesserily incoherent and it is foundationless in order for it to be logicaly consistent to itself. does this mean that the thoery is flawed??

ya it is uselessly flawed. Every theory has to have a foundation upon which it builds implications.

A theory must have a logic base to be acceptable otherwise it stands on one person's thoughts and that makes the theory subjective and people doubt about it.
