The only way you can be a surrogate without having any children of your own is if it is private. You will not be chosen by an agency because they consider it a risk. If you find someone who wants you to be their surrogate all sorts of legal documents will have to be drawn up to protect the natural mother of the child in case you decide one day you don't want to give her the baby. It's a very delicate situation. I would think long and hard. Pregnancy is so special and once you fell that baby moving and hear it cry no one knows how you will feel but it isn't gonna make it easy to hand it over.

I don't believe you can unless you have had one child already.
