Not closing the toilet lid. Not just putting down the seat. I want the damn thing CLOSED.

Absent minded people drive me nutty. They need to be shown 100 times how to complete a simple task. They don't pay attention...forget what was previously told to them...and make me repeat myself over and over. They also are unable to execute a task without a holding of hand.

Such folks reinforce my belief that if I want something done right, I must do it myself.

This is my only real 'pet peeve'. On the flip side...I have enormous reverence for the self-thinker.

It's less of a pet peeve but more of...painful.
When people scrape their forks on their teeth or on their plates and high-pitched noises.
I have sensitive ears and those noises hurt me all the way down to my sensitive teeth.
I can also hear dog whistles (I have REALLY sensitive ears) and they hurt my eardrums !

People with $ 500 dollar purchases that hold up the line at any grocery store, either writing checks which bounce, or using declined credit/ and debit cards...then b*tch about it

Rude people. They ruin the mood of everyone who encounters them. I wish I could hit them really hard in the face.

People who use the word "literally" when they don't really mean literally. Example, "When I saw her, I literally hit the ceiling."

Oh really? You mean you got up on a ladder and you actually, physically came into contact with the ceiling?

i cant stand getting forwarded e-mails, and i get them alot form my co-workers. like they send me all those cute-sy ones that say your my best friend. and the angle ones that say if you dont forward this, then it must mean that you dont believe in GOD. I also hate when people bite their silverwear when they eat, its an irratating sound.
