I don't think any are free, but some only have a small 1-time fee and let you download music and videos.

Try and find a Mp4 converter then it will make itself available in your internet browser so whenever you visit sites like youtube, metacafe, google video, etc. It will allow you to download the videos onto the converter. Convert them to Mp4 and from there you can drag & drop into iTunes.
I had to pay for mine, but after one person in your family buys it you can all use it for free on any computer. I don't know if you will find the same one as me though.
