no matter what sexual orientation you are just as long as you are happy, comfortable and know who you are then it is okay. We live in a world without prejudice (well try to) and if she is a lesbian, as she is not doing jus for a fad or whim. Then it is perfectly okay. I have gay friends and it is okay for them to be gay, they choose to be and are happy to be personally, personally it isnt my cuppa tea. No matter what people say to your friend is depends on she feels within herself.

As time goes by a high % of gays commit suicide, they are not accepted in mainstream society and never will be, God destroyed an entire city just because of the homosexuality there. Bible says it is an abomination, that God has given the homosexuals over to their own sin, man for man and woman for woman. Paul an apostle [follower] of Jesus told the people in Corinth, to turn from this sin. Aids is a terrible way to die, and you increse your chances by becomming gay. Marraige is a Holy institution created by God, gays try to degrade this by claiming they are married, not in the eyes of the Lord they're not. Your friend is most likely indoctrinated by our heathen public school system, which took God out of it back in the 60's and is paying the price--with guns in school, police in the corridors, pregnant girls, abortions, drugs and alcohol to name few problems, also sex with or disrespect for teachers. Forget about becomming gay, and if people were born that way--then why do they suddenly turn gay when they enter prison? because it is always a choice.

no one can't tell you how to feel or be. IF your friend is a lesbian then its ok for her, she chooses this path, no one can put her down for it, much respect for her and never to hide who she is. live openly, live with a smile... =) hopefully she will have your support as a friend and others, and specially talk to her parents for extra support too. some parents will turn their back, if that happens she will need to look for a confiding adult, maybe a close relative or counselor at school.

I don't know from a spiritual perspective. I am not God so I can't answer what will happen to your friend.
My minister and deacons say no, but my mother says it is okay because Jesus loves us all.
My calculus teacher is gay and so is my parent's tailor/seamstress and they are nice people.
Be nice to your friend because this is very hard I can suppose.

If that is her choice, then the rest of the world has no choice but to accept it. As far as being OK, no, it is abnormal because God created woman for man and vice versa.

you people stop quoting the bible and saying that it is our moral standard. ACTUALLY READ YOUR BIBLE! Shocker!dont just believe what you are told. dont just read the parts you want to read and want to believe! the bible has some great parts but it has many more f---ed up parts!

This is kind of a weird question to be asking. Although I am straight, from my understanding of being homosexual, its not a choice. It's like asking if its okay to be male, female, black, white, yellow, green, and so on and so on. You either are or you aren't.

Yes, being gay is FINE. Its jus a sexuality, jus that u like the same sex. Is it wrong that people have fetishes ie:feet, fruit, rubber, leather, swallowing, watever. NO , sexuality is wat it is. God loves everyone no matter wat anyone or book says. Jus treat everyone the same.
and u know when humans are born they are bisexual, basically they dont even have a sex . we are all the same, it takes 2-3 months b4 they get a sex organ. being GAY is genetic. so if someone is gay, you cant blame them; its b/c of their parents and GENETICS. being GAY is OK!

truley I feel it is not ok as the bible fobides it. I think society has made people turn to the same sex for love. I guess it is ok if the people around you think it is ok.

its fine okay, but she shouldn't go telling the world. Like Its okay to be different, but this difference may hurt her a little.
