That is very true indeed.
The rich usually get richer, by taking advantage of tax breaks, and hiring low income workers.
The poor get minimal raises, don't recieve massive tax breaks, and struggle with high interest rates.

Wealth builds wealth if properly managed. So, in that sense it is true that the rich get richer. But, some of the rich lose it all if not managed properly.
The poor get prison when they deserve it. I have known quite a few people who started with nothing and are now multi-millionaires through hard work. So, just because one is poor does not mean that one is destined to remain poor.

Because the rich tend to be the ones making an honest living while the poor tend to be the parasites feeding off of those who actually earn their own money.

Because our government favors the rich. Just check out the new tax laws.
The poor get prison because they do not have access to good legal representation. Only the rich can afford that.

Because Democratic social programs keep those cycles of poverty revolving through the generations. Grandpa received welfare, mama received welfare so that is all the child has ever known.
Children learn by watching the role models in their lives.
