Th apogee is when the earth is the furthest from the sun
Earth apogee is 152,097,701 km (1.016 710 333 5 AU)

The perigee is when the earth is closest to the sun
Earth perigee is 147,098,074 km (0.983 289 891 2 AU)

I agree with catauthor's answers except that there is no possible real use to numbers with 12 significant digits for these values. You could ask "where on the earth is the measurement point that defines its location and how is that known to 1000 meters". So, round it off a lot to make it credible.
