60 used to be regarded as old but now it appears that it is the new 40. Whatever your age if you are young at heart and still enjoy yourself with your friends you are not old. My mental age is about 30 but my body sometimes feels as if it is 90 and I am neither!

I also know a few 19 year olds going on 40.

That would largely depend on how old I am. Since I am 64, then I would probably say anyone over 75. If I were 75 I would probably say anyone over 85. When I was 45 a Friend said she didn't want to live after the age of 57. I said she should tell me that again when she got to 56. She'll soon be 70, and she's still working as a photo model for advertising agencies and doing TV commercials.
These days old age is an attitude of mind and not a date of birth. I've met some 30 yr. olds who are well passed their sell by date. Real stick-in-the-muds!

This question depends on how old is the asker, If it was a five year old, someone in there twenties would be old. If you asked the same question to a 60 year old person they would probably say someone in their 90s . The old cliche is you are as old as you feel, and I would like to feel as young as I am

I work with elderly people and some of them I couldn't class as old even though they are in their nineties. So it really depends on the person.
