I went to Azura's Shrine to begin the quest for "Blood of the Daedra Lord" but it says I am not a worthy champion.

Is this suppose to happen and then you have to begin a different quest to be able to activate the shrine or did I miss something?

Please help! This game is pissing me off.

There are a couple of things that you might be missing in order to start this quest. First, you must be at level 2 or greater in order to begin. Second, you must have Glow Dust in your inventory to leave as an offering to the statue. Third, and finally, you must leave the Glow Dust at either dawn (6 am) or dusk (6pm).

In order to fufill the :Blood of a Daedra" quest you need any Daedric artifact which will be consumed in the process. The item you get fromthe Azura's shrine quest is a fairly potent one so I would recommend doing a different Deadric shrine quest that has a lesser item to be sacrificed. I used Malacanth's item and would also suggest Molag Bal's.

If you need a listing of all the Deadric Quests and the items you receive use the second link below for an indpeth look.

I hope this was helpful.

This probably come nowhere close to the answer the guy above me gave, but when in gaming doubt answers come in a simple form:

gamefaqs.com

There might be the occasional quality control issue but it's an invaluable site to any serious gamer who doesn't want to shell out some extra cash for a guide.

But my vote for best answer goes to the guy above,

Cheers!
