i am the mom. i have taken care of them both for nine years the father is always job to job. never stable. we have been seperated for five years. I live at home with mom and he lives with his mom. They go to school by my house and the GAL said my husbands area is better then mine. I work part time 25 hours/week my husbands works 40 to 50. I don't understand how this happen. I also had another child three years ago. not by husband. this looks real bad in court. plus my three year old is bi racilal . Now she and i will only see her sisters when ex says so. i just need someone out there to say that it does make sense. and give me a better reason then " i had a bi racial child while married. any one please. I take any comment.

or do you mean she has custody of the children and you have visitation rights? i don't really understand what you're getting at.
you can't contact the bar association over this.... if you have issues about visitation rights, you need to contact an attorney. you and the attorney can discuss the situation and he can give you advice, and let you know what your options are.
it's too late to worry about whether the gal liked you from the beginning or not. focus on today... it's easier.

That depends on what stage you are in. If this is a fairly recent ruling then you can ask for reconsideration and/or appeal. Consult your lawyer about the time limits.

I would contact your divorce atty. and see if you could appeal the decision. If you can't do anything then start gather proof she's unfit, if there's anything to it.
You may need to hire a P.I. if she's partying all the time, doing drugs,etc.

where were you when they were at court its took me two years to ge tmy kids from my ex i frought like hell but i win but i was there day one when they were born you bit the boys are my life and soul
