Hmmm.
Well, he'd be checked and kept in balance by our entire system. He'd probably start doing really wacky things, like trying to improve the lot of the poor and the middle classes, but especially the poor. He might even instititute here what he instituted there, which was a voter checked receipt stating which candidate the voter had voted for put into a locked box so that there would be an exact check to prove who won. Wow, clean elections for once. He'd certainly be more entertaining and less damaging.
You know, I probably would, given a choice vote for Chavez.
