I had my daughter at 38 weeks and she was 8 pounds 11 oz. So yeah big for an early babe. Congrats and enjoy being a grandma.

That's a big baby but within the normal range. My son was born at 34 weeks and was 6lbs 10oz. He would have been a moose if he had gone to term. Congratulations!! Give the baby lots of kisses!

Congrats..But not really to big. Its a big baby but theres always a chance that she was further along than expected. Expecially since they have found out ultrasounds can be up to 2-3 weeks off. Well enjoy your grandbaby.
