The brain is the biggest sex organ. If his mind is not in it, and that's because of his holding out as a virgin reasons. Is it religiion? His conscience is playing a part of the sex process.
The other boyfriends may have had premature ejaculation problems. This current one may have Excellent "holding out" powers through discipline or self-control. Also he MAY have already jacked off before y'all sessions together.

I can't come from oral sex alone, I have to be masturbated too. I like the idea and the feeling, but I've just never been aroused enough by it, and it doesn't matter who does it, male or female, or how. I don't have any trouble making anyone else come, but I can't do it myself. It's probably not common, but obviously there are at least two of us that way.

I am the same way. Oral doesn't even get me close to "getting off" Usually guys either don't get off to oral, or it takes an extremely long time.
Also, remember there are innovative ways to have a pleasurable time without actually having sex. Experiment for ways that are better for you and him.

You have to remember that every guy is different. What works for one, doesn't for the other. I don't think it's you; a lot of guys can't orgasm from oral stimulation.
